We’ve built a hybrid model to meet your specific needs in this dynamic mental health landscape. While we each offer different approaches to counseling and education, we share the belief that when mental health is rooted in advocacy and social justice, our community will be stronger.
Mending Feelings
Mending Feelings is our profit-oriented organization that specializes in providing services to the black community and other ethnic minorities who are concerned about power privilege and require support and advocacy. We offer a range of services, including therapy, counseling, and workshops. Mending Feelings works with commercial insurance, private pay, and community agencies through contractual agreements. All our providers are licensed professionals who can practice independently, and they also offer consultations and workshops for agencies.
Provides services with an emphasis/specialty in servicing the black community
Provides services to ethnic minorities who identify with concerns of power privilege and are in need of support and advocacy.
Works with commercial insurance, private pay, as well as contracts with Community Agencies

Pathways to Mending Feelings Psychotherapy Training Program Incs
Pathways is our non-profit organization that operates an education and training program for pre-licensed counselors who require supervision, including those with designations such as APCC, AMFT, ASW, and pre/post-doctoral students. We aim to address the mental health needs of ethnic minorities by offering workshops and consultations to the community at little to no cost. Pathways places a special emphasis on training counselors to understand and address the effects of power and privilege, particularly as it relates to the experiences of Black individuals and other minorities. Our goal is to equip counselors with the knowledge and skills needed to provide culturally sensitive and inclusive mental health support.
Non Profit
Education and training program for counselors who are Licensed to practice with supervision: APCC, AMFT's, ASW's, Pre & Post Doctoral students,
Provide the community with No fee/low-fee workshops and consultation
Focus on ethnic minority mental health needs.
