We understand the barriers to accessing mental health support, which is why we work to provide accessible pricing options. If you have concerns about costs, please reach out to our office. We will do our best to match you with therapy options that are affordable, either with us or with other counseling providers in our community.
We offer therapy on a sliding scale that ranges from $100 to $195 per session.

We can provide a professional receipt for clients to ask for insurance reimbursement. Payment can be made before or at the end of each session.

Cancellations
Since the scheduling of an appointment involves reserving time especially for you, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for rescheduling or canceling an appointment.
If for any reason a session is canceled less than 24 hours prior, the full fee will be charged. Exceptions may be made on the basis of a medical or mental health emergency. You may also inquire about the option to meet virtually if you are unable to attend an in-person session.
Please note that most insurance does not reimburse for missed sessions.

What is the process to begin seeing one of our therapists if I have insurance?
Contact one of our therapists via email and let them know you are interested in services. Inform the therapist you plan to use insurance to cover the cost.
Schedule an initial consultation appointment to see if the therapist is a good fit for you.
In this initial consultation, you and your therapist will get to know each other and discuss what you hope to gain from therapy. This appointment is typically 15 to 20 minutes long.
If the therapist is a good fit for you, you will be sent forms via Simple Practice, our scheduling platform. Once forms are completed we will complete the insurance authorization process. This process usually takes between 48-72 hours to complete.
Upon completion of the insurance authorization process your therapist will contact you to let you know if you have a copayment or deductible and schedule your first appointment.
What is the process to begin seeing one of our therapists if I plan on paying out of pocket?
Contact one of the therapists and let them know you are interested in services. Inform the therapist you plan to pay out of pocket. The therapist will connect you with our accounts manager to decide on an agreed-upon amount for services.

In this initial consultation, you and your therapist will get to know each other and discuss what you hope to gain from therapy . This appointment is typically 15 to 20 minutes long. You will not be billed for this initial consultation
