Hi there! I’m Jasmine, an Associate Clinical Social Worker with a passion for creating safe, supportive spaces where people feel understood and respected. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Walden University and have worked with children, teens, adults, and families in settings ranging from community mental health and substance use recovery to schools and child welfare.

My background includes supporting clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges, as well as guiding people through major life transitions. I believe therapy works best when it’s collaborative, culturally responsive, and grounded in real connection.

My approach blends evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, and Family Systems therapy with a trauma-informed lens, always honoring each client’s unique story. My mission is to meet you where you are, help you make sense of what’s getting in the way, and support you in building the life you want.
