Associate Marriage and Family Therapist
I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with extensive experience in the mental and behavioral health field. As an Asian American female psychotherapist, my mission is to support individuals and couples in overcoming personal life challenges by nurturing the connection through mind, body, and spirit. I am particularly passionate about working with teens, young adults, and adults, more specifically with BIPOC, who are navigating through life transitions, anxiety, work-related stress, and challenges with their relationships.
My clinical experience includes providing therapy in home-based settings, community health centers, non-profit organizations, and collaborative care environments. I specialize in working with individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, perinatal and postpartum depression, trauma, ADHD, Autism, grief, burnout, self-esteem issues, and relationship difficulties.
My treatment approach is person-centered and solution-focused, allowing us to collaborate to set goals and create healthy coping skills. With this approach, I aim to help clients improve self-esteem, build healthy relationships, and achieve their life goals.
